Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.

The remaining balance must be paid before the course start date, in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice.

Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Course Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may transfer your booking to another available course date, subject to the following administration fees:

• 90 days or more before the course start date – £250 administration fee per person.
• 30–89 days before the course start date – £400 administration fee per person.

Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.

Course Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

• 30–89 days before the course start date – 40% refund.
• 15–29 days before the course start date – 35% refund.
• 8–14 days before the course start date – 25% refund.
• 7 days or less before the course start date – No refund.

Cancellation by Tony Muxlow Developments Ltd

In the unlikely event that Tony Muxlow Developments Ltd needs to cancel a course, delegates will be offered the option to:

• Transfer to the next available course date, or
• Receive a full refund of any course fees paid.

Tony Muxlow Developments Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated expenses.
