This qualification allows technicians to recover, handle and charge refrigerant in mobile air conditioning systems.
Please note, this qualification does not allow candidates to purchase refrigerant gas. To purchase refrigerant, engineers or companies will require the appropriate F-Gas certification, such as the 2079 City & Guilds Level 2 Award in F-Gas and ODS Regulations: Category 1.
Once you hold the IMI qualification, you can progress onto further training to develop your skills.
