This course is designed for technicians who want to develop their skills in servicing, diagnosing and repairing mobile air conditioning systems. We are the only training centre that has this programme.
The programme focuses on practical fault finding, system performance and correct servicing procedures.
This course is commonly taken after completing the IMI refrigerant handling qualification.

- Candidates must hold a valid IMI Level 3 Automotive Refrigerant Handling or City & Guilds 7543-03 Level 3 in Basic Mobile Air Conditioning qualification prior to attending this course.

This qualification allows technicians to recover, handle and charge refrigerant in mobile air conditioning systems.
Please note, this qualification does not allow candidates to purchase refrigerant gas. To purchase refrigerant, engineers or companies will require the appropriate F-Gas certification, such as the 2079 City & Guilds Level 2 Award in F-Gas and ODS Regulations: Category 1.
